Mixed-ability performers will interrupt the normalized public sphere to confront able-bodied public disciplines and celebrate unexpected dancing bodies. Moving from a bus stop to clothing stores to coffee stands, notions of pedestrian space, disability, and the dancing body will be challenged and reinterpreted in this performance art piece.
PLEASE NOTE: The Sunday, February 2 and the Friday, January 24 performances of this piece have been cancelled due to weather concerns.
LOCATION: 1512 South Congress (starting at the bus stop on South Congress in front of Uncommon Objects, moving to other locations on South Congress)
Tickets: Free, and no reservation required.
